SchizoidFreud
Ayush, none of the arcades scratch discs. Its only a problem with the 360s which were made back in 2005-2006.

SchizoidFreud
1)Will i get a PAL console here? 2)Are games easily available? 3)What are the failure rates of the arcade? 4)What exclusive games are there except GTAIV DLC, Halo, Gears & Forza? (really don't know any other names) 5)Which multiplats are worth buying for 360 instead of PS3? Things i should look out for, so i get the latest arcade. This is very important i think as i don't want an old console, which was collecting dust on the Shelves. Please help me out as i don't know much about the non-dark side. 1. Yup, every 360 sold here is PAL since India falls under the same region. Every game available here is PAL aswell so you dont have to worry about the region-locked games. 2. Most of the 360 exclusives release here on Day 1 and the multiplatforms differ from distributor to distributor. 3. I seriously havent come across reading a single arcade dying on LIVE or here. Not to mention, you dont have to worry about the RROD coz the customer support Microsoft offers here in India is excellent. Check out the article we had here a while back: http://www.indianvideogamer.com/2009/05/x3...stomer-support/ 4. Check out the link posted by Rakesh in the previous page. 5. All I'll do is give a link to one of the most popular websites which do comparisons - http://www.lensoftruth.com/?cat=

(I m inclined towards the first one atm)
dullu
Ayush who is selling arcade + starter pack ???? Also, go for the first deal....live starter pack will keep u on LIVE for long and the HDD is an absolute necessity if u want to maximize fun.... Also, certain LIVE facilities require u to have a HDD

_Hellsboy_
I will be buying a Xbox360 soon, maybe even tomorrow. I would like to know all the DO's & Dont's about the 360. 1)Will i get a PAL console here? Yes 2)Are games easily available? Quite so.But not as easy as the ps3.But they are generally cheaper.Although recently that trend is changing. But if you can buy online from places like IVG,consoul you can get them with quite ease 3)What are the failure rates of the arcade? Well no % but I have owned an arcade for 7 months now and and 0 failure.Got a red ring once because of power trip but no failures 4)What exclusive games are there except GTAIV DLC, Halo, Gears & Forza? (really don't know any other names) If you dont have a gaming PC there are tons of non ps3 games on 360 like l4d/ME etc. etc. If you have a gaming pc then apart from these you are missing out on some awesomesauce arcade games like shadow complex. And apart from that there are some reaally cool games like lost odyssey,Halo wars(Its awesome),PGR and a few more 5)Which multiplats are worth buying for 360 instead of PS3? Well IMO any shooter/racer/action game.Sports/fighting/hack and slash just work better with dualshocks. Also IMO xbl just adds more experience to action games while playing online.I have used psn and xbl and I just like xbl more Things i should look out for, so i get the latest arcade. This is very important i think as i don't want an old console, which was collecting dust on the Shelves. Get one from consoul or IVG venders. The latest arcades they are giving are jaspers. The best ones till now Please help me out as i don't know much about the non-dark side. Just ask it nicely.Maybe it will tell you?? In all seriousness I dont think there is any ways without opening the box.If you really care about jasper so much then you can get it from a confirmed vendor like prashaant. But the deal is too awesome to miss out for anyone getting a xbox
