Nemo Posted February 12, 2010 Report Share Posted February 12, 2010 lol snipers get all the abuse. some of them are really good and help the team but most are clueless gits and they give the class a bad name. two days ago i was in a squad, both the other guys with me were recons and we were attacking. both were camped far- FAR away from the fight zone and with in meters of each other never once they moved from their positions. safe to say it was a pain to spawn on them. GoobyPlz Posted February 13, 2010 Report Share Posted February 13, 2010 BFBC2 MP Demo - First Impressions (Player Impression) BTW yesterday I downloaded BFBC2 Demo and I gave it a try.. The game play was AWESOME except for the LAG sometimes.. The LAG happened even with the 1mbps connection (during 10PM to 6 AM) that I have.. I would like to tell that in MW2 MP, the match making server will make MY PS3 MACHINE (even with the 512kbps conn during 6AM TO 10PM) as the SERVER if more than 4 Indian players are playing in the same lobby.. So I am sure that the PING & BW is good enough to HOST a TDM with 12 players.. But I am just a CLIENT and the lag I faced in one of the lobby was worst and I even thought of quitting the game but I continued and after some time the lag became normal (In MW2 if we face lag in a lobby then we'll face lag for all the matches in that same lobby until the HOST gets changed).. So the match making server in BFBC2 is really good.. No more errors like "GAME LOBBY CLOSED or SERVER CONNECTION TIMED OUT" The speed in aiming is slow compared to MW2.. But ill tell U that the aiming speed in BFBC2 is the PERFECT SPEED for aiming in FPS games.. The game play SPEED is quite slow compared to MW2 coz the maps are big like PYRRHUS RISE in KZ2.. The best thing is NO MORE MARATHON, LIGHT WEIGHT & COMMANDO sh*t.. BTW knifing takes some time.. U can knife only when U go behind the enemy.. Those COMMANDO beeches will get completely pwn'd in BFBC2.. HOORAY !! Here comes the info. about the game play.. BFBC2 is the game where YOU HAVE TO STICK TOGETHER WITH your TEAM MATES and PLAY AS A TEAM if U want to win (I was looking for this type of game for a long time and BFBC2 satisfied my expectations after CS).. NOTE : In MW2 is some one in calls an AC130 or CHOPPER GUNNER then that team wins for sure.. But in BFBC2 U don't need to call any air support or tank.. U have those things parked in the team's base and U can take them and beat the hell out of the opponents (Make a note that the opponents also have access to them in their base).. And if the opponent leaves the tank for some reason, U can take their tank and enjoy.. :D But using the tank or air support, U cannot get many kills like in MW2.. The sniper class have access to C4 and they will just come to the tank, stick the C4 and destroy the tank.. Also the MECHANIC class have access to RPG & U can lock and destroy the tank.. (When U r in the tank, U get a msg indication that the tank is gonna get a HIT) 3 people of the same team can travel in the same tank operating different weapons.. And U also have access to HELICOPTER.. I took a helicopter and operated it good but didn't know how to SHOOT .. Also another guy got into the helicopter and he was operating the MINI GUN so I was just operating the flight controls and he was shooting.. Since it was my first time, I didn't knew that hitting the MOUNTAINS will crash the helicopter.. Since I was used to MW2 Chopper Gunner & AC130, I thought we WON'T crash.. But ultimately we crashed and we both DIED.. In MW2 when some one shoots ur AC130 or Chopper Gunner, U return to the map alive.. But in BFBC2 U die.. Thanks to the REALITY.. I tried all the classes but as usual I returned to the ASSAULT class since I am used to it.. When U play as a ASSAULT class, U can throw AMMO BOX in the map and ur team mates can just stand over them and get ammo when they need them.. U can also get ammo from the same.. In MW2 if U run out of ammo then U need to search for dropped weapons (except if U r using BLING) and get killed.. In the demo, U have access to only one map and the only game play was SEARCH & DESTROY.. The first time Impression is just AWESOME.. And ill continue this game.. Hope the LAG gets fixed.. Will definitely buy this game.. I am telling again.. BFBC2 is the game where YOU HAVE TO STICK TOGETHER WITH your TEAM MATES and PLAY AS A TEAM if U want to win..
