A pine of beer is 250 or 300 ml of beer, dont remember. It has less quantity than a can. and around 3-4 pines make up a bottle. To sum up the good and bad effects, taken from wiki. Glad to know there r others in the feild! 25?!?!?! you have a long queue of crap coming your way (if u continue gaming i.e.). i am 33, and the 'getting crap' part is still there. but what i do, is to make those ppl aware (or provide them a walkthrough) about games who at least are a lil open to trying. the way you tell them about gaming changes a lot of things. so being calm and driving your points through helps, but there are those classic moments when you would want to take that BFG2k out and frag those responsible for spewing crap about gaming. Why bother speaking/enlightening abt it all?. its your hobby let it be that. ... Just drop things like equity..mutual funds..stocks when someone starts pestering you. Dad liked my new Wii though.... he loved the golf.. ^^ This. A few of my friends are avid gamers as well, so it's easier. The topic of games just does not come up when non gamer friends are around. My dad was a huge video games fan when he was younger. Bought me my first console when I was in class 1 (or 2, I don't remember). Was a used Atari 2600, and I got new cartridges when I did well in school. My gaming habits were made fun of in college but there were other gamers around as well to deflect the mocking.
