Are the lights blinking on the controller after you connect it to the ps3 via USB ? if yes, then it means that it's charging. Then if you press the PS button, only the '1' led will glow to show that it's connected. you shud probably call customer care.

wickedbl0ke
Ok. there are 3 possibilities of an error 1. The PS3 Console USB Slot is Faulty I doubt it since it is wireless too and that is not working either 2. The USB Wire is Faulty Again I doubt it as it is wireless, unless the contoller needs to be charged..try with a diff USB cable.but doubt it again 3. The DS3 is Faulty Highly probable. If this is the case, I bet you have a warranty on it. So go. go to the nearest Sony Center and behave bad...thats the ony way you can get their goddam mothaf**ken attention. Pin their asses up and tell them "i need my goddam motherf**ken replacement in two days" If they behave badly, show them you are noting down their names and make a formal complaint that the staff at XYZ branch knows sh*t. Demand to meet the manager and f**k his brains too. It worked for me!
KWC
Did you reset the controller? There is a small hole behind the controller... poke it with a pin and try again.

Solitaire
Give it to sony and piss in their store..tell them that the Indian Gaming Community needs them to step their indian customer care services up a notch. Now that's an awesome way to get noticed. Long back when MW2 or UC2 got delayed (as in some people didn't get it through DTDC for quite some time), there was this guy who wanted to jizz all over the local DTDC office Very innovative solutions
