(ie 9pm-9.05pm, 10-10.05pm, 11-11.05pm & 12-12.05am)- Each member allowed only one post per hour ie 9pm,10pm,11pm & 12am respectively.(In Other words a member can have 4 valid posts in total to his credit) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
