Phoenix Wright
Capcom Japan just announced the development of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for the iPhone and though details are scarce (there is no release date yet, for example), our stateside Capcom Mobile branch in LA is looking into how to bring it over for North American fans. The game will be using iPhone specific controls and is sure to guarantee strange looks from people when you use your iPhone in public to point and yell "OBJECTION!" Source First the Wii, now the iPhone? Pretty soon we'll be able to put in a slice of bread and see it pop up with "Objection!" written on it. Wait, that'd actually be pretty cool. Aftrunner
Another one of those games that I never really "got". But its not just this one TBH, I cant seem to find any enthusiasm for Point and click games in general which is odd cause I used to love em. Wait does that mean I have been consolized? It's not so much "point and click" in the way you're probably thinking. Phoenix Wright is a graphic novel dressed in smoking sprite animations
Aftrunner
I played it. Seemed pretty point and clicky to me. Just the first one though.
KeezNah
Well, you're not REQUIRED to play it that way (except for the last case, since that was specifically designed with the touch mechanics in mind). Otherwise, PW 1 to 3 are purely GBA ports.
KeezNah
Speaking of which, the Wii version is a lazy looking port job from what I've seen. Capcom didn't even bother upscaling any of the graphics or using high-res images. Also, hasn't the PW series been readily available on cellphones as well? Probably not in English, can't recall... Madmage
True, I loved kings quest and the Fate of Atlantis, Leisure Suit Larry. But now they just dont hold my interest.
