I'm almost on the verge of giving up on it. AA got it right. I have a problem.. after playing arkham city for a while .. "Update Gadget" notification is appearing on the top the game screen if i press select it says all are locked. One suggestion concentrate on awesome side quests too, which i have not done and completed the main story pretty quickly.
