Solitaire
Just for one game...i dont think i would do that. honestly i believe one console and one good(medium range) pc can cover 99.5% of all the game out there ...and it is a best way to go if you wanna play all the great games coming out. That's the most cost effective way. That's what I'm doing currently too.

Ne0
I think we should be buying multiple consoles, if we can dedicate time to them. For some of us, time is the most important factor. Sometimes hardly get time to play for 1 hour in a day
Nemo
ps3 for ratchet and clank. others too but mainly RnC was thinking a lot about 360 due to mass effect but now will rather build a PC. but gears makes me tempt a LOT. back when i had a modded 360, i loved gears 1. but as of now as i am a student and parents foot the bills so i guess no. But when ever i end up "apne pairon pe khada" i will make sure to own all gaming platforms.
Bulovski
I buy what I can afford at the time. So first DS, then 360, then PS3. Bought 360 first because it was cheaper than PS3 and had Mass Effect. Bought PS3 with price drop because wanted a hi-def player.

_Hellsboy_
Well my primary gaming system(xbox 360) I chose over others because of several reasons(game library was just one of them).I will get another console for sure, but I wont buy one for 1-2 exclusives(or even for 5-6 for that matter). When the ps3 and wii have atleast 10 exclusives that I want to play I will get em
TRMNTR
Well no relative nearby had a PS3, which is why I bought it, to play MGS4. It was that one game that made me buy the console. I'm nuts about Halo too, but my love for MGS won out in the end. Same with a little details changed... 360 instead of PS3. Halo instead of MGS and vice versa. Tyler
My PS3 is solely for exclusives and watching movies on blu-ray. I usually buy multi-plat titles for the 360 or PC. If for some reason I'm unable to score a copy of either version then I end up getting the PS3 version.

IMHO dont u think it is better to go for multi platforms for ps3 version coz of blu-ray as i read here many times that xbox 360 scratches the many dvds quite badly. devil_angel
I'd buy a console for it's exclusive range and series rather than just a single game!

The only people who say that either A.Dont own the console or B.Moved the console while playing or C.Were just plain unlucky. I have known people with xboxes personally who never faced this problem. Also I have literally used my GTA4 disc for over a 100 hours without installing. And yet there is just one minor scratch which doesnt make a darn of a difference while playing.Even I was kinda troubled with this thing before I actually used the console personally.Half the sh*t they make up on the internet is plain false Am not denying that it happens cos I cannot prove that it doesnt. But I havent faced this problem yet, nor have I seen any of my friends who an xbox facing this problem. So yeah its probably not as common as the internet makes you think
Superfrag
I would love to, only if I had the money! I only have a PC.. a good one nonetheless.
shockwave
I bought PS3 just for MGS4. (Haven't played any PS3 exclusive besides it, partly because many don't intrigue me or due to time constraints). Mostly my multi-plat goes to PC or 360. But I bought 360 for its affordability and games library (and the fact that it was solo rpg king that time around) and is my primary gaming machine. Alright who am I kidding.... I love achievements! Damn true. Achievements are spoilers. Love them too.
