It would really suck if someone didn't get a gift despite giving one. Also, Jeri add a rule that it should be something new. And well whoever does not get one, we will send him one . And the person who was supposed to give the gift in the first place should have enough shame to not show his face around here anymore unless he/she had unavoidable circumstances and he could not ship it.
