Phoenix Wright
Just thought this would be interesting to do here. Right, here's how it works. 10 people sign up for this (including me), and we have 12 rounds where we pick our playing XI and one manager. These twelve people have to have had the majority of their careers in the 90s or 00s. I will post a random draft order every two rounds and it'll work in a serpentine system, i.e 1-10 one round, and then 10-1 the next. There will be a time limit of 12 hours each pick, and if you don't pick in that time, the next guy in the order can make his pick then. I'm assuming you all know how a draft works? If you've got any questions ask away. If not, sign up!

Phoenix Wright
We pick our team and then what happens? Nothing. It's just an exercise where we all get to play armchair manager, is all. But I am looking at the possibility of running sims using the teams (a league, basically), but it's been a while since I've used that particular software. Phoenix Wright
interesting... not too sure how the draft system works... pls elaborate... evertonian... Alright, here goes. There are 12 rounds in total, right? Playing XI and manager. So basically, the first round will be where you pick your manager, and every round after that, you pick one player. You cannot pick a player who has already been picked, and you can only pick when it's your turn. So if, for example, shekdown picks Pele (just an example), you can't pick him. You'll have to pick Maradona, who the next guy can't pick. In that way, you'll have to assemble a team. The orders for each round will be random, but in order to be fair, they'll reverse for the next round. So for example, the order for round one is: 1) shekdown 2) Me 3) dabba The order for round two will be: 1) dabba 2) Me 3) shekdown I hope I made that easy to understand. shekdown
Yep, I think simulating a league or a no.of games with the teams selected would make more sense. The whole exercise becomes rather futile, otherwise.
