i did that sniper sh*t today :unsure: there was this sniper who was right in the middle of A n B on raven's map.. i was defending.. i usually don't waste my time on snipers cuz they hardly stay near the frago area :P but this guy irritating the f**k out of me (my whole fking squad was dying all over the place by snipers.. idiots were juss standing still :doh: ) so i went after him and found him.. once i found him i lied down besides him and msged him that usual "turn around" he turned around and i knifed him :(

 

i was 100% sure that this guy will come again so i hid under the bushes and waited for him.. he came and again went to that exact same spot :huh: i again went up to him, msged him and this time he didn't do anything for 2-3 secs.. then just when i was about to knife him that fker pressed start, R3 and killed himself :O:fear:

haha what an awesome session i had :P

 

played sabotage for 4hrs back to back.. idk what was happening but i made around 1100xp in every game :D played around 12-14 games (most were raven defending against valor) and made 14k in 4 hrs :( now im at 36k..

 

usually max i get is 400xp in a sabotage game ever since i joined raven.. but tonight i was the 1st platoon mvp in almost all games and everytime i had 1k + points while the 2nd place MVP had <300xp :good: (raven has some serious issues tbh)

 

and omfg they tk A LOT :good: as soon as the game starts they juss shoot at their teammates and drain their health for no fking reason.. and when i try to defuse bombs on A/B/C most of the time some 2nd squad's guy tks me for frago points :):chair:

Yeah when it rains, it pours. It all depends upon how good your squad and SL is. The other day I was playing sab games and was consistently getting 700+ xp, also maxed out medic gun which helps in XP whorage B)

 

and when i try to defuse bombs on A/B/C most of the time some 2nd squad's guy tks me for frago points :good::O

Happened to me once in dom game, i was securing one of the pump when some guy from other squad stabbed me and went on to secure the objective. It wasn't even his own frago target :O

yeah.. happens a lot in dom games.. everyone wants to blow up that bunker for 60 xp :lol: but raven tks 20 times more than sver.. :sadbye:

 

and out of those 10-12 games i played i was defending point A of raven against valor (9 times).. each time i went on top of the building from where almost EVERY valor guy can see me and vice versa.. i kept killing them from there and kept reviving my teammates as i was right ON TOP of the objective..

 

i had 120hp health, HEAVY armour, less grenade damage skill, less poison gas damage skill, maed out LMG, advanced grenades, maxed out medic gun :good:

 

in each game i went like 50-10.. whenever my health goes below 50 i juss go prone n heal myslef (takes 1sec to heal yourself with a maxed out medic kit) then stand up again and spawn rape valor :cry:

 

you can easily spawn camp the sh*t out of the opp on raven's map if your good.. but that hardly happens cuz raven is filled with gay snipers :lol:

 

how wil u guys get 1000 pt's in 1 sab game..

i usually get 200 - 400...

with kills b/w 15 to 20... :(

 

 

you always roam around the objectvies instead of staying inside the obj building :P

 

imo juss stay right near the objective and get kills from there.. for each kill u will get 5 + 5 points.. and healing, reviving others in frago areas will give you crazy xp.. :)

 

btw ill switch back to sver by tomorrow.. so lets play in a ivg group tomorrow :hug:

Lol welcome back, you've been through hell and back :bigyellowgrin:

 

I always thought Ravens are better, not only because they have awesome weapons but since their maps are so difficult to defend, they're battle hardened. Plus whenever we lose a match, its usually to Raven and not Valor.

just got the game..so..which clan should i go for..btw i might be playing a sniper most of the time..

i just respec'ed to sniper :D lvl 23 right now but unlocked the teir 3 sniper rifle.. it's fking epic with that VARIABLE scope (works like 2x/5x zoom in kz2) and a bipod :ranting:

 

i don't get much points with this setup (250- 300 max in sabotage) but i get crazy kills with it..

 

i don't have the medic kit with this setup.. juss the basic first aid kit.. sniping is so much fun in this game :) also i don't want to level up quickly now.. so will respec to shotty once i have 1k kills with the sniper rifle :P

 

in sabotage each squad in sver has 1 sniper usually.. :nerves: in raven each squad usually has 4 snipers :):doh: that's why their games get over within 2-5mins.. no one fking attacks :lol:

A massive patch, v1.03, is headed to MAG this Thursday, February 25. The update will revamp the effectiveness of every weapon and the long range weapons have been tuned to be more realistic. The weapon and gear swapping process has been sped up, and exploits that gave some teams an unfair advantage on certain maps have been closed off.

 

The patch will go live this Thursday at 1 a.m. PST, 4 a.m. EST, and 9 a.m. GMT.

Patch v1.03

 

Gameplay

 

* Overhauled tuning of multiple weapons of all types (see “Weapon” section below)

* Improved speed of weapon and gear swapping by approximately 500 milliseconds.

*Fixed bug in SVER’s Aralkum Mechanical Acquisition map and Absheron Refinery Domination map that allowed players to defuse a charge planted on a repaired gate or door.

* Added a “solid tone” sound effect near the end of a charge’s beeping detonation timer so that players know when the charge can no longer be defused and that they should vacate the area.

* “Medium Improved” Armor now works as intended with the speed properties of Medium Armor and a defensive value greater than Medium, but less than Heavy Armor.

* Changed resuscitated player’s camera orientation to match the last camera direction used while incapacitated instead of the pre-harm camera.

* Players no longer lose XP if a teammate is killed by an objective explosion caused by a charge they planted.

* Respec Point requirements in Barracks have been changed from 3K, 5K, 10K, 17K, 26K, and 26K-Repeat to 1K, 2K, 3K, and 3K-Repeat.

* Lowered the amount of damage necessary to kill an incapacitated enemy

* All fired projectiles (RPGs, Turret Rockets) have been given a steadier aim.

* Mines that haven’t been triggered are no longer removed from the map when the dead player that deploys them respawns unless that player changes their Loadout (note: The maximum number of mines you can plant cannot exceed the number you initially spawn with).

* Fixed bug that prevented “fully-resuscitated” players with more than 100 health points from receiving their full HP.

* Fixed bug that caused players to take unnecessary damage from both friendly and enemy vehicles when touching them.

* Players no longer lose leadership points after entering “Veteran Mode.”

 

Weapons

 

* “From the hip” firing for Light and Medium machine guns have stronger recoil and are less accurate when moving.

* Tuned weapon damage for all three factions.

* Modified all short-ranged weapons (pistols, PDWs, shotguns, SMGs) so that they’re less effective at long distances.

* Made Battle Rifles more effective.

* Reduced accuracy bonus for using iron sights and reflex sights so that players can no longer snipe with weapons that aren’t intended to do so.

* Increased damage values for all rockets to make them more effective (ex: three rockets can now destroy a DE turret).

* Shooting through thin materials (fences, tents, etc.) will be more consistent.

* Increased spread on shotguns.

* Improved animations for rocket launchers.

 

Graphics

 

* Fixed bug that caused the recoil animation to end early or stop animating if a player was firing their weapon for a long period of time.

* Changed detonation time on smoke and poison gas grenades to prevent them from exploding in mid-air to eliminate unintended FX issues.

* Added realistic fogging effects to sky-domes.

 

Technical

 

* Fixed most conditions that caused players to be caught in a “respawn loop” which kept restarting the respawn queue when the countdown clock reached 0.

* Changed in-game conditions to make it less likely to experience in-game freezes.

* Improved client-side stability.

^^ this update wouldn't have changed your decision of selling the game anyway :doh:

 

doesn't add any new features.. but will make all the weapons more balanced..

 

you should have played till rank 30 at least before selling it though :doh:

aarrey bro i sold my game as i used to get disconnected alot. :O

 

i faced this in MAG only.
