MAG pwns it by a long shot. You WILL find it boring in the start, say for the first 3-4 hours....just like everyone else. But after that, its like nothing out there. In fact, its not so much about 256p versus, but about 8p co-op with your squad. You'll need to stick around for first few hours, but once you unlock stuff and understand the rules, its uniquely brilliantly.
