Such a waste of resources.peace what thy need to do is secure IP's even if they are made by third Party developers. something sony learned very early on in the PS lifecycle (after the crash/spyro fiasco) is that you need to hold the IP's for the games you publish/fund. people say sony cant/ dont have money to pay for exclusive's, when the truth is that they have some of the most expensive games in production. if you want sony to pay/fund for a game, the first thing they'll ask you for is the IP rights and that applies to small PSN games too. Nintendo does the same. as for Rare, they are easily the most technically competent team MGS have in their lineup, they need to stop working on that avatar and casual crap and make some real games, same goes for SCE studio London.
