You can either use it to the fullest and pull off some kick a*s moves, or play it like the mundane cover-shoot style TPS game, which would be rather dull. Either way, you will have a blast with this game. They could work on a few things in the sequel like boss battle variety and a slightly longer campaign. God Hard mode gets unlocked on the completion of the game on Normal mode. No, the time is your actual playtime (sum of all acts and missions) and doesn't include cutscenes or restarts. Are you sure it doesn't include the cut-scenes? When my final boss fight level ended, my stats showed 5:45:12 (or something along the lines) and after the final cut-scene ended, I got another completion screen, which gave my final game time (mentioned above).
