None one the vendors here have got back to me yet with prices :P so slow.....

Err... I am from kerala...and a malayalee... and i am not the kind of malayali that says "korachu korachu ariyam" :P.

what if its shipping?.. he is giving a shipped price.. get it. if u have someone in HYD to go and look at it then sweeet...

Its under manufacturer warranty. so what there to fear?

hehe, no offence meant by that question. just wanted to know....my malayalam speaking skills suck and "korachu korachu ariyam" suits me well :P

 

In any case he is reposting the thread with pics and all i guess...will drop him another pm when that is done and see where it takes us.

I read your update, all sounds good. Long DVi cables are available in Nehru Place. Try and see if you can get a vendor to ship it to you :majesty:

@Somebody: Thanks. Any back light bleed on the bottom? Read a few reviews which were complaining about that.

LCD TV's is way out of my budget for now :eyepop: . Was not looking for speakers in the monitor, so not a problem.

I didn't notice any backlight bleed on the bottom of my screen. looks fine to me :(

P.S:A different question. My current PC is quite old and has on board GeForce 6150 graphics and 1GB ram. Will this be sufficient for normal usage on a Full HD monitor, no pc gaming just HD movies.

If no, then which is the cheapest Graphic Card that I can buy for the above mentioned needs? My Motherboard has one PCI Express x16 slot.

(My onboard gpu does support the monitors native resolution :unsure:)

 

i think u shud b fine. my laptop had integrated GMA 950 and could play 1080p just fine.
