Aftrunner
I would have preferred a new RS game TBH. But I guess GRAW will have to do. New engine, larger campaign and 4p Co op Ubi. Or I will release the hounds.
in-fi-ni-ty
A community develoer at Ubisoft has just tweeted the following: "I'd only say : "Big announcement coming up next week." and I mean BIG !"Guess we'll have to patiently wait for this BIG news. ne game from ubi having word BIG / related to BIG
HundredProofSam
Ya, a new Rainbow Six would be awesome. Vegas 1 remains one of my most memorable games this gen. peace
Keyofx
GRAW > R6. I don't know if they used the same engine, but GRAW always looked a lot more EPIC-y.
jackhammer06
I don't think that GRAW storyline (scott mitchell) is complete yet, yes?
Keyofx
Didn't 2 end the story arc? I remember helos picking you up after a massive explosion.
CarbonCore
GRAW > R6. GRAW is like a cross between RB6 and Modern Warfare. Tactical but in epic scale battles and with best HUD in any shooter. RB6 used UE3 I think, GRAW used their own engine. And the explosions in GRAW2 were just OMFG awesome. Aftrunner
RS used a heavily modded UE 2.5 AFAIK. GRAW looked a bit flat. The PC version (done by GRIN I think) looked MUCH better (and had a bigger scale) but was not half as good as the console version in gameplay. So if they marry the PC engine with the console gameplay it would be a kick a*s game. The campaign needs to be 4p co op though. So does RS. And RS>GRAW any day of the week. The JACKAL
hope this is GRAW , GRAW1 &2 are the best tactical 3rd person shooters that there is, im talkingt about the console versions. The PC versions were FPS , developed by grin , they to were awsome. I really wish they were still there.
KnackChap
Knowing ubi and their first reveals, this is most likely a 10 sec CG trailer that'll show absolutely nothing cept the game logo. The problem with both R6V and graw was that part 2 of both games felt like some expansion pack and not a full fledged sequel, ubi really dropped the ball with both games. They need to release a R6 and a GR game every alternate year, its easy money for them.

HundredProofSam
GRAW was way too technical for me. In fact I couldn't get into the earlier R6 games either. But I loved Vegas 1. peace

CarbonCore
GRAW was way too technical for me. In fact I couldn't get into the earlier R6 games either. But I loved Vegas 1.peace GRAW2 was lot more streamlined, with command shortcuts assigned to d-pad and real-time feed from your UAV.
pArth
http://www.thelostgamer.com/2010/02/09/ubi...ncement-reveal/ Kimi Matsuzaki, one of Ubisoft’s Community Developers, has further clarified that the announcement that the Publisher teased last week will be announced today and has even given the specific time for us to check it out.Tweeting just a few minutes ago, she reveals “Check Xbox Live around 2 am PST/5 am EST/11 am CET for that announcement I mentioned…” Exciting stuff, we’ll be checking that out ourselves when it goes live and of course we will keep you posted as always. Can this be true ? If it is then its coming in like 2 hours
silentassassin
GRAW was way too technical for me. In fact I couldn't get into the earlier R6 games either. But I loved Vegas 1.peace GRAW was pretty simple... i mean da commands u could gv were attack , spot n hold...all these done through directional buttons... i dint find it much complicated.. But however i played rainbow six lockdown on rainbow six 3 on ps2..i must say da commands were complicated..
