I asked him if he could help me configure this thing as i was a total noob on the internets. He kept on stalling with excuses like "u will have to meet our dc hub leader in my building-ka-compound after 10pm. I would've upgraded to the pack that now costs 2999, but the sh*tty thing is 8mbps, 50GB limited pack. That's like giving me a BMW and telling me that I can only drive it till the front gate. Its like driving a Ferrari on Indian roads .... has top speed of 250-300kmph and have a limit of 30 on road .. btw Im gonna switch to mtnl now ... was using pacenet till now. I'm having MTNL connection in Delhi from a very long time <don't remember exactly> - no problem whatsoever at least for me . Pricing is great and there is no FUP like Airtel. Service ain't great as people doesn't know much, however they come on time if you register a complaint. That being said, service is hardly required. Whenever connection was down, it was because of some server issues which were fixed by them. And in such cases customer support always knew about the problem and provided satisfactory answers. Now that I'm in Bangalore, I seriously miss MTNL connection....FUP policy of Airtel ain't any good Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
