Mel81x
Its really gone and about time. Anyone that works with CSS and transparencies is probably jumping with joy that this monstrosity has finally bitten the dust and is no longer with us. That said, I will say that it was one of the best browsers to work with back in the day but for todays business it just doesn't make the cut. Its even more sadder that a lot of corporates still have this vermin running around. http://ie6funeral.com/ If its a joke I will be sorely disappointed because its this browser that has held up almost 30% of all the work we've done this year because it refuses to play nice. Out of curiosity is anyone here using it? lol
Bulovski
Thank God this has finally died. IE6 was a nightmare to support - because of the gaping large doorway with the sign which said "hackers welcome". Die bitch die.

jDaMn
Its even more sadder that a lot of corporates still have this vermin running around. The only place I've even seen IE6 in the last 2-3 years is on company hardware. This can mean only one thing - companies don't want employees using the internet.
Mel81x
ud be surprised how many companies have opted out of IE7 and are now 'considering' IE8 because all their older apps that run just fine won't work with a new browser. Sad I know but I guess its time to move on.
ricky87
I'd say..R.I.P Internet Explorer and Long Live Google Chrome!!
Mel81x
not a big fan of Chrome just yet. Its got too many quirks when it comes to Flash and has a sizeable amount of issues when it comes to loading certain JScript that would normally just fly on Firefox. That said, it is a great browser to use for searching and reading.

Bulovski
I'd say..R.I.P Internet Explorer and Long Live Google Chrome!! What would it take to stop you talking? Chrome was fancy initially but I had to stop - it just did not handle memory very well when you have 10 tabs open. Flash screws it up and it's surprising since Google touts that youtube works better on Chrome. The good thing on Chrome is the URL and Search shortcuts in the address bar.
