If u start game again the dl will start from where it had stopped.. ok that's some respite but still WTF, they should have included this patch in the demo itself, so lame. Again my point is about the size of the update which is much bigger than the actual beta. First i downloaded the Crysis 2 beta worth 1.5 GB only to see an error message as the beta was taken off PSN. And now, in Socom 4, you have to download a 1.5GB patch and you can't do anything while it's downloading (no background downloading). I was so looking forward to this game, and now i am pretty pissed off. It was the same case during Mag beta , one of many reason I never touched Mag. Downloaded the beta.. What a f**king awesome game.. The classy tps Socom gameplay with amazing graphics.. I loved the game-mode..SnD with infinite respawns and protecting the lone bomb-defuser in each team! Makes it a lot more challenging and its not possible to win without team-work.. The two maps in the beta are also a very good combination of open and closed quarters..Nice maps The cover system is something i loved a lot..makes the game very tactical and you cant just go about running all guns blazing! Overall,i loved the beta..i am sure i am gonna play this game throughout this year..Socom Multiplayer at its best Day 1 buy for me.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rad2689 Posted April 9, 2011 Report Share Posted April 9, 2011 f**ckin' powercuts instead of downloading 1.5 gb update i had to download 4 gb coz the power went down once at 80% n then at 93%(both were separate downloads) The game feels more like MAG than Socom.
