Recommended Posts

epic_gamesEpic Games is bringing their much-awaited new Unreal Engine technology to the upcoming GDC 2010, and you can bet they'll be showing off some more of its wicked features.

Included in these "showcase features" would be a new "procedural artist-driven tool" which can be used for creating buildings and new tool for "continuous branching objects such as roads, sidewalks, tentacles, roots, vines, cabling, and railway tracks.

A new foliage demo will also be shown, in 3D no less. Epic also has in store a live demonstration for Realtime Worlds' MMO, APB.
