DinJo Posted March 5, 2010 Report Share Posted March 5, 2010 I'm currently on MTNL DSL 999 UL 1mbps plan , earlier i was on DSL_749 on 2mbps but as soon as i have moved to UL plan the speed is hampering speedtest shows 0.11 mbps sometimes it shows 1.5mbps and the amount of disconnection is massive the download speed is around 30-40 kbps but sometimes in torrents it peaks 220kbps and with torrents it does not disconnects not sure what the problem is, tried calling MTNL helpline and they are not picking up call or they keep me on hold.Anywhere i can complain by sending a email ?
