And since it does look like a sliding kick, I call it that Well, it's nice seeing that the new characters are capable of some pretty interesting offense at least. And well I've never ever played Vega so :v I thought I rememberred Deejay having another actual sweep, so I figured this was a command normal. Funny thing is I remember seeing his sweep combo'd into from a jab. Must be pretty fast :| But yeah can it be connected to ultra when not used as AA? I played for 2 hrs and have the cube icons for 8 characters:)... I did not play the game ysterday (was busy catching up on LOST, 24 and some hindi movies:))...will try something new today.. EX-Kuro Posted April 23, 2010 Report Share Posted April 23, 2010 Hey guys Shadoken Whitey Zayd and i played SUPER STREET FIGHTER 4 today . First of all ssf4 is infinitely better than sf4 not just as a fighter but graphically too. One good thing is that damage scaling is very efficient at less than 60-70% health so chars dont die of easily. On the other hand doing and ultra when ur opponent has a lot of health really shaves off a good amount of health. This actually makes no ones ultra seem very cheap atleast for the ones we played. Counter ultras are as bad as people make them sound its an awesome anti air and an awesome anti cross up. Played a lot of guy and please dont beleive that he sucks until u actually play him . Both shadoken and i played him and he seems very solid obviously not god tier but still really good. Whitey played a lot of makoto and shes very scary if she gets near u . she can deal a lot of damage but she may have problems getting close to good fireball zoning characters .(ultra1 only dont know about ultra2).Her ex-hayate has awesome speed and range prolly the fastest move in the game unfortunately her hayate doesnt armor break . Im not too sure if its faster than guy's ex hozanto though which btw is also really usefull . Cammy's spiral arrow is considerably safer and though her dps' damage is reduced she does very good chip damage and her overall damage output isnt actually reduced that much. CODY IS F****** AMAZING his criminal upper is super fast and u cant jump over it easily . infact its an awesome antiair his ruffian kick is also super fast and it can armor break.His rock throw helps him zone and can keep away chars like makoto. Some videos will be uploaded soon by Shadoken. There might be somethings ive missed out will let u know if i remember ._. . Sorry bad memory. Also the new announcer is pretty annoying IMO but oh well. And props to some of the eglish voice actors especially guy cody and dudley . They sound really amazing.
