but will they not check the cd before replacing ??? was ur cd still working whn it was replaced?

also will they replace multiple cds coz theyr all scratched.

 

first of all as i said, if a lamer comes to replace them, chances are high he would have no clue, what hes sent for, so you can have your way with him. I got my game replaced because it was not working. It just hung repeatedly in the same sequence(you cant imagine, it was like THE plot sequence in Mass Effect).

Another point I would mentione here is, I personally think that 90 days warranty is applicable only for games from Microsoft game studio. Better cross check this.

they come after u confirm with the call support rite?

so will he come with the new discs the first time or will he take the old discs and come a second time?

wht do u suggest .. since the discs hav circular scratches and they run well .. never had any freezes and stuff ... should i just forget abt the dvd replacing thingy?

forget about disc replacements till they are working. you will be wasting your breath!

 

And yes, they came after i discussed the issue with the support, with whom i earlier discussed about circular scratches but later on told them that the game is just not working! played a n00b B)

i'll take ur word for it ... no harm in trying .. i'll tell the discs aint workin ..... mayb if im lucky even i could play em if a noob picks up the call.

Only the unit!

 

I got it replaced thrice during the period of 1 year, and twice it was new and once it was a refurbished one(as i suspect).

 

Warranty card is never asked for, all you have to do is register your console serial number during the call with cutomer care. They have the record of sales.
