I got my game replaced because it was not working. It just hung repeatedly in the same sequence(you cant imagine, it was like THE plot sequence in Mass Effect). Another point I would mentione here is, I personally think that 90 days warranty is applicable only for games from Microsoft game studio. Better cross check this. I got it replaced thrice during the period of 1 year, and twice it was new and once it was a refurbished one(as i suspect). Warranty card is never asked for, all you have to do is register your console serial number during the call with cutomer care. They have the record of sales.
