Aftrunner Posted September 23, 2011 Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 Almost done with act 2. Not really feeling it so far. Its pretty good but not Gears 2 good so far. Hope it picks up soon. It also throws up too many boss fights. There is one almost every 20 minutes. Worse, all the boss fights are retreads of the last 2 game's bossfights. kitson007 Posted September 23, 2011 Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 I think we can only invite if there is slot i our own team I saw empty slot twice & invited you,but it got garbed before you MP is tough,specially for newcomers you can invite when there is any spot open its just that many times there are 2 or 3 people waiting to take the place of the bots when they die...... and yea we guys have been playing gears mp from the first game so you should actually check out some mp vids to learn Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Iam surprised that some ppl liking Gears 2 more..lol... Worse, all the boss fights are retreads of the last 2 game's bossfights. The Assassin Posted September 24, 2011 Report Share Posted September 24, 2011 Except for Act 2 and 3,rest of the parts were boring.That underwater level sucked too.I liked Gears 2 campaign more especially that worm level.There werent any memorable sequences in Gears 3. Gears 2 had some boring missions like that on-rail assault level and that APC driving level was awful.....ya Worm level was epic but you can't repeat same stuff again nd again..... That Ghost town chapter was pretty cool....That Underwater level wasn't that gr8 but still it showed some nice visuals Gears 3's on-rail sequence was insane loved it...... that Vulcan canon gun is awesome Best thing abt Gears 3 game-play is that its more wide-open now, you can easily flank enemies now..... Which is a good thing because it is long, you just don't feel that way because you're not bored while playing it, there's hardly any downtime and filler content.
