I don't know whether there's any issues on the 197.13 driver, but they work with both games. one thing though, it has crashed on me twice in Metro 2033. Don't know why. No overheating issues. The architecture shows a lot of promise though, when they refine this architecture (perhaps 5xx series) coupled with a 28nm fab and new game engines (DX11 from ground up) there are some killer cards in the offing.
