But as per doing survey we found opening a gaming lounge in Pitampura wont be any good bussiness.. So i will politely ask people to suggest some good place. 1)Saket 2)Paschim vihar 3)DLF 4)Mayur vihar. And more............. we have still 2 weeks time before we approach brokers............. i always welcome IVG suggestion........ Also if someone have some place...in any residentional Area can PM me there phone number. Pitampura will be pure awesome. yes i know ur survey etc but let me tell u one thing before hand, there are lots of rich and bored kids in rohini-pitampura area with just metrowalk as the sole source of passing time (and that too babe watching). If u do plan on opening a lounge here then there wont be any competition. Plus plenty of tuition centers- CAT, CA, IIT etc are in netaji shubhash palace to pitampura streach, if L33t's theory has any grounds but ultimately its ure decision. If pitampura is not in contention then Imo go with paschim vihar i dont have a clue about south delhi but i do know that land rates are expensive there even mayur vihar will be decent but i am not sure of the gaming crowd in east delhi :/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MGF Metropolitan - the most crowded Sahara Mall City Centre Grand Mall Unfortunately don't know whom you'll need to speak with to get space there. Also Green Park is a gud option. I am from West Dlehi, Vikas Puri... n honestly, d development in West Delhi (especially Vikas Puri/Janak Puri area) has been tremendous (first PVR, Metro now a 5 star Hilton hotel) U can get a nice place to rent in at Shopping centres. Just check out the location ..Loads of schools near by like MIS and LPS .. All the IIT training centre at a stones throw .. GK and Saket and South Ex are 15 mins respectively ..
