DealinGames Posted December 21, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 21, 2012 HI to all.. bump to my very old thread.finally working after 2 years of creating this thread i have finally getting someone to open in delhi. please prefer me good places to open in delhi area would be looking for 1500 -2000 sq feet. basement or 1 and 2 nd floor will also work. what i would be putting in that lounge - 1)10 xbox 360. 2)Soccer (football ) expereicen zone 3)Computer gaming 4)Food and snacks 5)Pool table. rent max i can shell 30-60k only. please suggest some good place as this project has to be started by jan. again if thing goes good i will throw IVG meet at my place with drinks on house. please give your valuable inputs on this. any suggestions on interiors or console would be appreciated Mods you can delete the thread if not relevant....... cheers anshul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is this new Plaza which is being constructed. The construction will end by 2014. I'm not sure of the rent(must be around 15-20k) but you can check it out. DealinGames Posted December 23, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 23, 2012 @reason to not to open Rajouri garden- extreme gaming just opened there new cafe over there with over 100 pc and i cant beat them with pricing any day. later they may put console . i have not researched about janakpuri or jail road.Please let me know more about that place and you can ask your friend to let me know rent part. max area i am looking is 2000 sq feet atleast. yeah sant nagar can turn out to be good place for me as you got good locality nearby. any other locality then these. how is pancsheel nagar.or anand vihar. also i may put 20 xbox360 for lan gaming .its concept used in USa / australia so wanna give try on that . games like call of duty or gears of war 3 will look awesome on lan gaming.
