HundredProofSam
^ So you're paying Rs 1210 for an unlimited connection? AFAIK, Airtel does have FUP. They were the first to introduce it. peace

Similar plans have already been introduced in hyderabad by airtel and even though it doesn't mention the FUP on website, the airtel second tier CC told me that they have it. And the FUPs were pretty low too.. I'd ask to stay away from these plans...
Rashmeet
Every good plan has FUP now . Worst part is even if you want a certain plan giving the mentioned speeds, you cannot have it without the FUP crap at any cost

TheHitman
I was using Airtel 1MBPS unl @1699 + taxes earlier. It's now been bumped upto 2MBPS at just 100 Rs extra. That effectively makes it 2MBPS unl @ 1799 + taxes. (100 GB FUP after which speed gets reduced to 1MBps) I get around 270-280 KBps for Http downloads... http://www.airtel.in/applications/genericl...doubleSpeed.jsp
Joy
Happy with MTNL , 1mbps for 999 with no FUP is great for the moment. When the need arises I'll switch to the best ISP available at best price , atm MTNL is the best.
TropicalRajput
VDSL is only useful and effective if you live less than 700m from the exchange. After that performance drop is HUGE.. will be good for people within that limit but then how many would fork out Rs.9000 within that limit? most exchanges in Delhi are built around commercial complexes. It's mainly going to target them.
