It rained yesterday midnight or today's midnight.. wait I'm confused

dylanjosh
See that darkest part of Maharashtra? That is Nagpur. It is boiling there. Hot winds blow till 10 PM in the night. Water coolers are ineffective unless you sit right next to them. My family has already abandoned the top floor of the duplex as it is unbearably hot. Parents have already come to Pune to spend rest of summer. I am going to Nagpur for 7 days

Nemo
man, must suck to live on the coasts. I mean sure you dont get extreme heat but humidity must be ball sapping. add to that no winter and you got all kinds of sh*t handed out in terms of weather in a tropical country. Grievous
There is winter in coastal cities from 6PM to 9AM
Big Boss
I am going to Nagpur for 7 days Not a good time to go. Though it rained last week IIRC. I have avoided Nagpur summer since I settled in Pune i.e. since past 6 years. f**k that heat.
Nemo
There is winter in coastal cities from 6PM to 9AM havent been to south or south west india so would not know much but have been to kolkata (not a costal city but is a district away from the sea) and bengal beach 2-3 times, all during summer and the humidity was in a way worse than the hottest delhi day. avkash
man, must suck to live on the coasts. I mean sure you dont get extreme heat but humidity must be ball sapping. add to that no winter and you got all kinds of sh*t handed out in terms of weather in a tropical country. true, even the hottest days of the dry weather in Jaipur, Kota and Delhi were better than the humidity that I have felt in Chennai and Mumbai :| and no winter :| :|
ThE JuGgErNaUT
mumbai wasn't so bad, lived there 2 yrs. chennai & kolkatta no clue, heardd it's hot & humid.
The Wolfy among us
I'd take the humidity any day compared to the blood curdling dry heat of Delhi.
Cash
I'd take the humidity any day compared to the blood curdling dry heat of Delhi. Exact opposite for me. Summer in kerala means 2 baths/day to not stink and 3/day to stay fresh.
avkash
Exact opposite for me. +
Big Boss
Jaipur and all are awesome man. They become very manageable during night even in summers. I was there in May last year for Urs in Ajmer, and it was nice.
avkash
May is OK, June and July are not, though they are still much better than the humid coastal areas
LeonardoInventions
Place where i live is like a 6th world at the moment. Damn this heat and these powercuts
godspeed4476
The heat(and humidity) is lot more bearable in Mumbai as compared to Delhi. You just cannot go out in delhi during the 12-4pm time frame. The weather in Mumbai stays the same throughout the year, with only slight rise in summers, and slight drop in winters.
