Driving really fast and passing inches next to traffic may be clean but its still reckless driving. Burnout doesn't give you boost for crashing either (you lose boost when you crash, just like you lose cash in TDU2 if you crash). You have to earn it clean too :| This isn't worth arguing over. And that isn't counting the fact that you can now drive anywhere.
