Update: HTC has clarified that the One (M8) Google Play Edition is not coming to India, and it was in fact incorrectly mentioned in the Indian launch press release. HTC says that it actually meant to reveal the global availability of the device and the announcement was not specific to India.

why do you need GPE, when you can simply flash the ROM.

Locked boot loader vs unlocked boot loader ?

You have to tell HTC, void my warranty bro in other case you can just lie.

I don't buy anything from Sony. There after sales service sucks. They can't repair anything and always insist on replacing and spares cost a bomb.

im quite happy with sony , they replaced my Z for 4 times, and just when my warranty was about to expire .,

i again applied for a replace, and they did, :harhar:

silly ppl doent even know what problem is, u can tell anything, and they will replace,

just make sure to mail to their head, :)

Leaked LG G3 screens show fresh UI, confirm ‘concierge’ service, and more

lg-g3-android-screenshots-970x646-c.jpg

A new, modern UI for LG’s upcoming G3 has been revealed in three new screenshots, obtained by Digital Trends from a trusted industry source. The screens show flatter and brighter icons, a revamped weather widget with built-in suggestions, a much cleaner looking notifications screen, and circular icons (a new trend).

Notably, the screenshots came to us with a 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution, which is near confirmation that the G3 will have a stunning 1440p resolution screen. LG will be the first major smartphone vendor to push a higher screen resolution in more than a year.

More pics and info at DigitalTrends.

OnePlus One

The One packs Qualcomm's latest SoC, the Snapdragon 801 with a quad-core 2.5GHz CPU, Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The display uses JDI's 5.5-inch 1080p IPS LCD panel, and it's protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. You'll also find a built-in 3,100mAh battery, a speedy 13-megapixel f/2.0 camera (Sony Exmor IMX214 sensor with a 6-lens module and dual LED; 4K video; 720p slow-motion at 120 fps), a 5-megapixel wide-angle selfie cam, loud stereo speakers (tuned by JBL) and tri-microphone with noise cancellation. These are all flagship-level features, though we would've liked to see microSD expansion, USB 3.0 and Quick Charge 2.0 here.

On top of the usual NFC, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1 plus GPS radios, the One's international version also supports LTE bands 1/3/4/7/17/38/40, as well as WCDMA bands 1/2/4/5/8. Yep, that's pretty much the whole world covered.
