icestrok
How will that let him save his current words? Also, since it has gone down the in-app purchase model I do not like it. Google keyboard / Swype are better in my opinion. Sent from miG if he wants to back up his typing style n words n such, swiftkey is the way to go, it is better than swipe and the stock keyboard ( i feel), and the in app purchases are only for some exclusive themes, the keyboard and all its features are free, i got all the themes fee because I had bought swiftkey years back. The Wolfy among us
Guys, I flashed CM 11 on my HTC one. It comes with DSP, and sound started stuttering in music applications. I then flashed Sound Explosion Mod on top of it. Now the sound is good, except in TuneIn Radio...is the choppy sound normal with CM11?? Depends on teh drivers they use and if they've managed to get the official HTC One drivers in to their builds. This is 4.4.4 build right? Have HTC released 4.4.4 stock for the One? If they haven't, then I'm guessing that's the problem.

Parvinder Singh
No matter how better Swiftkey is but I keep coming back to my good old swype. I have always been a fan of gesture typing. Swipe has the best gesture prediction+accuracy of allllll the keyboards i have used. Although swiftkey introduced flow for gesture typing but its swipe feature is no where close to swype keyboard. TRMNTR
Same here. Swype wins for me every time.

Same here. Swype wins for me every time.Same here but SwiftKey has swype and it does an awesome job with swype. Select Hinglish as a language and see the magic. You know what, it has only been a week since I am using SwiftKey and I am already a fan of it. Never used SwiftKey before (Xperia Skype FTW) but the layout and everything is just too good. I think you guys have tried older versions because Skype is very accurate now. Nothing beats SwiftKey with hinglish. So true. Hinglish is awesome And I typed most of this with swype
Bird Bird Bird
Another Swype fan here. Also Pipey, any idea on what's new in MIUI v6 apart from a UI overhaul (in terms of functionality I mean) ?
Bird Bird Bird
This one's a good review: Thread has a good collection on MIUI v6: http://en.miui.com/thread-35428-1-1.html

But after installing the explosion mod, most apps are doing well, only a few that are troublesome. I guess I can live with it until the next build or some better ROM for me. Thanks mate! It appears to be a major UI overhaul primarily. But I'm guessing that with Android L it will provide some good functionality as well. piper
It's not based on L. It's 4.4.3 I meant eventually. And L would be coming to Mi and Redmi devices, so we're set

piper
Confirmed ? Barra ne bola kya ? Yes, he indicated that the plan is to bring it as soon as possible. But details on rollout only after the codebase is launched, obv. btw, below is a commendable statement : "All Mi devices are bootloader unlocked and we encourage rooting. And, if you mess up and brick your device by mistake, just bring it to a service centre and we'll re-flash it back to life for you, free of charge obviously" - Hugo Barra I mean, not just MI devices, but even rooting a MIUI ROM on 3rd party devices is as simple as "Enable Root" in settings. Likewise for unrooting.
