Seems like the phone fell off though he says it didn't but I can see a small crack at the top. My q is how much will it cost to replace screen and how much time service center takes for replacement? It happens and people don't realize it. I don't think anyone can tell you the cost. You can show it to the third party repair guy and he will tell you how much it costs. You can also ask in the SC.
