Art runtime, battery bachat etc. Have you checked the Gmail app? Its simply amazing at least in kitkat. Multiple (separate) accounts, excellent ui, faster loading, loaded with features. The recent apps view, the phone app, the notifications bar, the way color fades when you lock screen, the nifty new animations of launching apps and app drawer etc. Everything is so polished and new. Lolli makes n5 a lot faster tho .. Hopefully rovo can get xposed on ART.. They have rooting method for HP Slate 10HD but not this. If you can find some roms or some forum which is dedicated to HP 10 Tablet then lemme know.
