Except an unknown software support the phone is an ace and ya heats up a bit. He was waiting for nexus 6 as he wanted a 6" phone, this was just too good a Vfm deal. I woke up to a purple/blue discoloration at the top right hand corner of the screen. It covers almost a quarter of the screen. No idea how it happened, I keep it on the table as I always do before I go to sleep. Today I wake up and there it is, there was no water on the table so I dunno what it could be. So, can I get this fixed or is it new phone time?? Can be fixed. They will replace the display. My brothers S2 had a similar issue. The purple and pink hue. Simply because the interface is exactly like your old phone and it will be easy on your parents to switch over. Moto G 1st gen itself hasn't got it yet...wonder when its coming..
