I don't think GB update is out yet for sl but you won't miss much between 2.2 to 2.3. For end users, it's mainly UI related things and some performance.. Not much features as such.. It is so different since touch screen fones shall be more user friendly when it comes to typing on screen. and improvements in OS is for battery life also. Are these changes so significant ? Are these changes so significant ? yes 2.3 has a better keyboard but anyways you are going to use swype which is miles ahead of any other soft keyboard so don't worry about that. Also, if you still feel you want to use the GB keyboard, it is very simple to get it. paul from modaco has even uploaded it to android market so you can download and install from there in froyo itself. Regarding battery life, I don't see much difference between froyo and GB. Also, in last night's IO keynote, Google has mentioned that OHA members (Samsung is one) will gaurantee timely updates for at least 18 months if the hardware is capable to run the new versions. So, you will definitely get the GB updates. BTW, I requested for a music beta invite but not got it yet. Anyone else had success?

Death Stryke
This whole cloud streaming is fine and dandy, but in real life usage, on the road, using a 3G network, which in all probability is capped around the world, how will you manage. Even if they compress it, you are looking at a download of around 300 500 MB daily assuming you listen to 50 60 songs. Plus, without a store, I feel it's pointless as you have to still manually upload any song purchased on your system to the cloud. In Amazon, you at least have a store. Google should start a music store too and then it starts making real sense. Buy any new song on phone, immediately playable from the cloud.
