ColorCodePurple
Does anybody have any idea of the wait time between requesting and receiving a Google Music Beta invite? Do they send them out in waves to people who've registered? I signed up for an invite around 3 days ago. Shantz, how long did it take you between registering and finding the invite in your mailbox? Again,I thought it was only for US same method as for google voice?
Solitaire
Apply for it... you should get it soon. I got it the same day it was announced.. Again,I thought it was only for US same method as for google voice? Already applied.. like i said, several days ago. Yeah, similar method. Tor + browser with exitnodes in the US though proxy sites like hidemyass seem to work too. Also read somewhere that Google does intent to NOT allow illegally downloaded music to be uploaded by users, but how would they identify anything 'illegal' .. concerned cos I do, admittedly, have a few 'acquired' tracks in my library and don't want to get in trouble if I upload that stuff. Superfrag
Abey, they will obviously say that, what makes you think they'll say that they DO ALLOW acquired music to be uploaded? :|

But what I was concerned with was whether, despite Google not being serious about it, there's actually gonna be any kind of screening (even at a later date well after you've uploaded stuff to Google Music) that would somehow find a few (if not all) of your 'acquired' songs and put you in any kind of trouble. I really don't think so. But, you can never be sure about anything, can you?
lithuvien
Can someone give me first hand impressions for the battery life of the Galaxy S II? I am loking for a new phone and this looks like a good one, except that battery life is not mentioned anywhere, unlike iPhone, which metions things like 30 hours of music, 6 hours of video, etc.

spindoctor
Has anyone played grand prix story? Is it different enough from the other two to be worth getting? And does this stuff ever go on sale?
Noctis
Has anyone played grand prix story? Is it different enough from the other two to be worth getting? And does this stuff ever go on sale? There is a lite version where you can try it out for one game year, it should give you an idea. And it seems to go on sale quite often, hot springs story already has a 60% off because of their new game and I have seen the first one go on sale more than once. theneurotoxin
Has anyone played grand prix story? Is it different enough from the other two to be worth getting? And does this stuff ever go on sale? It's the mechanics of the first game in a new setting. Whether you find it enjoyable is purely dependant on how you feel about the setting. Kairo Park puts their backlog on sale while launching a new title, so look for one when GameDevStory 2 launches. spindoctor
thanks for the info. is there any way to know about when a sale is on instead of checking the marketplace all the time? like maybe an rss feed or a twitter account to follow that mentions sales? Solitaire
I finally decided to get a Nexus S.. few questions Is flipkart safe? From all I've read it's better than letsbuy (which was good for me) at the very least. Yes, it's safe. What are the first things to do after I get my phone? Get to grips with the basics of android first before heading on to rooting (i'm assuming you're coming from a different OS) What advantages does rooting give? Well you can muck around with a lot of custom ROMs. Should I get some cover/pouch/skin for it? If yes, from where? I got an Amzer skin. Cheap and decent. Saved the glass screen from a few falls. Their own site. Also had a cheap 250 bucks screen protector installed. Works well enough. And lastly, can you give me the giveaway god mode cheat gaurav?
