Now I remember there were a couple of must have fixes to apply (like lag fix). Are they still applicable after 2.3.3? Yes. Flash MIUI to make the phone usable. He needs to change to ext4 from RFS. Go Launcher Ex is pretty kickass... but I prefer the Launcher pro Plus Actually the best one would be the TouchWiz 4 from the Samsung Epic 4G..Alas it causes problems like FCs and Reboots..
