Shantz
I figured I should ask the Android experts what I am getting into but I am getting an Xperia X10 in two more days and wanted to know if I should ask the person that's mailing it to actually send it because from what I have been reading the Android version on it is older than whats out now but that there is an update coming in Q3. Is anyone using this phone and if they are what are their thoughts on it? don't buy an x10.. by the time they update to eclair, gingerbread would be here... Galaxy S is a much better option. It has amazing hardware and Samsung has been good so far in updates to spica atleast..
Bulovski
^^ I was downloading through the Dolphin Browser and was getting the message, "This is not an Android Phone." I forgot I had the desktop rendering on. Could it be the same problem? If you still aren't able to d/l it, I'll email you the apk. Nope - the download just does not start. I tried on Edge and Wi-fi. No go. If you mail the installer will it work?
Jigsaw
^^ the initial installer is just 49KB gramps... when u run it from the appdrawer, thats when it begins downloading the real meat.
TRMNTR
Nope - the download just does not start. I tried on Edge and Wi-fi. No go. If you mail the installer will it work? Like Jigsaw said, there are 2 installers. I can mail you the initial one. Then you have to login with the ID you registered and it'll d/l Swype. MarketTantrik
I thought so too. I have been seeing the ads on TV here. The "doods" at Croma and the like have no clue about the model. The dude at Alfa said that it should arrive in 2 days. Hate standard responses.

Bulovski
The phone should show up in the website in a few months - it took the Spica five months to appear. The Galaxy S is supposed to retail for 31k.

Any ideas as to where I can get a Nexus One in Mumbai?
