ColorCodePurple
I stopped caring about OTA 3 weeks after I bought my phone,Flash a new one every week now. These days I alternate between ICS (Beta) and This new ROM called BlackIce (CM7 derivative). OC to 2.0Ghz and 2 days battery life like a boss

Mizanurification
^^ IMO those types of games are not for mobile devices. Try some racing games or touch/tap like Angry Birds. beb0p
Picked up a great game recently called speed x. It purely tilt based so it suits mobile gaming perfectly. Check it out:

Big Boss
I find tilt based racing controls even worse than touch screen controls. The touch screen wheel is much better.
TheDribbler
The gfx of shadowgun can put even some crap titles on pc/consoles to shame...

I really enjoy tilt racing with Real Racing 2 HD on my iPad. The large size makes me feel like I'm holding a steering wheel (albeit a rectangular one). Big Boss
^Yeah, I can see that it can be fun on bigger screens like tablets. On small phones, its not fun.  The gfx of shadowgun can put even some crap titles on pc/consoles to shame  Yup. Gameloft has got some competition now. dante77
Yeah. Angry birds is great. I didn't like asphalt 6 etc as well. cut the rope is an awesomesauce game. Try it, its free on getjar. @danny - agree, the best part is it works absolutely smooth even on my xperia neo V which is a single core phone. Â Â also, there is game called "Leave Devil Alone" its 90% similar to plants vs zombies. Every plants vs zombies fan should try this. And I am sure it will take a long time for devs to start creating apps specifically for dual cores since there are sooooooo many single core devices around. Here is an interesting article on it:  http://www.knowyourmobile.com/features/1153014/opinion_tech_specs_are_irrelevant.html

Android's teh POWAAAAR !". Ecosystem >>>> Tech specs, but hey, how will Android sell phones then ? Â Edit: And before somebody kills me, I'm a huge fan of G Note. Of it's amazing screen & the clever use of stylus. Android or otherwise, they have nailed it with the Note. MarketTantrik
^^ The article has got nothing to do with the actual OSes. It's a commentary on the specs arm race between Android handset manufacturers.
Bird Bird Bird
^^ Hmmm. Â Still wantz a Note
Big Boss
Of it's amazing screen & the clever use of stylus  Have you seen the device in action? The stylus is far from perfect. The native Samsung Apps use it somewhat, but thats about it. It can be used to navigate the menus and thats about it. There is tremendous potential, but for that there need to be lots of apps to utilize that potential.  From GSMarena review:  The S Pen isn’t exactly instant - in fact it's slightly on the slow side, but with the kind of precision it offers does its job quite well. There is room for improvement, of course, but even as it is the fancy stylus opens quite a lot of doors to the Galaxy Note. And things might get even better if developers take the challenge when Samsung release the S Pen SDK in December. The potential is there, but the Samsung-developed apps only use some of it. It’s up to the devs to take care of the rest. The necessary pre-requirement is for Samsung to sell enough Note units to make it easy for developers to monetize their efforts or the whole thing will be in vain.  And if the drawing aspect of Note is appealing, then see this:   There are many such stylus available from different manufacturers for S2, Iphone etc.
Bird Bird Bird
^^ The fact that it comes bundled and can be handled smoothly by a variety of in built Samsung apps makes it more easily accessible to people who aren't on the forefront of tech. Plus a 5.3 inch screen is simply . Roomier to use and thus easier to handle. And yeah, I did try Note in Jumbo 2-3 days back (and since been a fan). I think the stylus is a precedent of things to come. Edited December 4, 2011 by Bird Bird Bird
