Ne0
ICS being rolled out in Europe and Korea for S II devices. Source Look towards XDA for a great deal of cooked stable roms in a few days... When will it be rolled out for Note? No, not yet. I think its tomorrow for South Korea. Atleast I tried OTA update now, but nothing ! edit: looks like the leaked ICS update is only for SK telecom, mine is on KT....need to wait dammit Edited March 13, 2012 by Ne0
The Wolfy among us
Do you need to wait for an OTA update? Dont you use custom roms?
vishv28
Does anybody have an idea of the Sony Xperia S Launch date for India ?
spindoctor
I'm not too much of a fan of the One series primarily because of the non removable battery and no card slot. Otherwise they've got it pretty much right *if* the battery life isn't crap. i think it's 1700mah or thereabouts. not bad but not great either. looked at real racing 2, it has an average review score of 3.5. that's usually not good. do you have to pay first to download the game? as in, have you guys who having download problems already paid for it? The Wolfy among us
Pretty extensive review of the Sony Xperia S.... Techradar I dont understand why you need a non replaceable battery, that too 1700 mah. With the screen resolution and the Bravia engine its going to eat up battery life quickly. And knowing Sony, they'll charge a bomb for the replacement battery.
AtheK
true but in this age who holds on to phone for that long that he has to worry about that, second owner...yes maybe.
The Wolfy among us
What I don't understand is, why make it non replaceable? What advantages do they find in this other than just blindly copying Apple's strategy? Edited March 13, 2012 by w00tJunkie

Shantz
What I don't understand is, why make it non replaceable? What advantages do they find in this other than just blindly copying Apple's strategy? keeps parts simpler and more room for other components.
