Death Stryke
May 29th SGS3 India launch apparently. Maybe thats the day they hold a press con. In stores 1st week June. Big Boss
The topics are related to Android kernels and governers and what they do, rather than what kernels actually are. This helps in choosing the right kernel as per the requirement, and tweaking it accordingly. I am using Siyah Kernel with lulzactive governer with tweaked settings for battery life. Lets see how it goes. Â There are various other sources explaining what kernel is.

The Wolfy among us
he he, enjoying the best of both worlds.  OS wise, the apple is getting a bit stale imho. Hardware reeks of awesomeness, but they need to overhaul the os. Dont get me wrong, i have the ipad too, but it's boring.... The homescreen is the same since the iphone 1 days, and no scope for custom roms etc... iOS is bland  Also, Sony Xperia GX with 1.5 Ghz dual-core and 13 megs camera annouced...   Xpera GX and SX   Edited May 9, 2012 by w00tJunkie
Death Stryke
I want to dip my toe in android again but cant make android my primary device due to my the set apps and workflow I use on iOS. Had i used android from the start, it wouldn't be an issue. I may wait for SGS3 because that at least enjoys good resale value so incase i even try it out i can sell it for an okay price  Bland Schmland. I am not really concerned with that. OS X has retained its look for years now. They just do visual tweaks here and there to improve and refine it further. I think that will be the case with iOS as well whenever they introduce new features. The core design wouldn't change a lot. And it shouldn't either. One key advantage of using iOS stuff is the familiarity when u jump in from any generation to any device. Thats key to iOS's success

Death Stryke
All Samsung phones are butt ugly. Gah, if only they had HTCs design team. Or even Sony. They made good looking phones. Â And yea, sad that they haven't pushed ICS yet. Samsung India twitter was properly trolled some days back for not launching the Gnex
Big Boss
I prefer the look of GN over S3, and S3 over S2. S2 is the ugliest among the 3 posted above.
