If I am already on a custom ROM (CM9.1) and want to install a new ROM. Do I have to enter in bootloader via flashtool first? or should I just install it from CWM? also, how stable and good is CM 10 or 10.1? On neo V?

I once checked for a friend , CM10 looked pretty stable to me .

You can just download the new ROM , wipe data, wipe cache , wipe dalvik and flash it through CWM . No need to involve bootloader.

What issues? it works fine connecting to my car... and latest as in? 23rd build?

Connects and gives static after 4-5 mins , I mean the official nightly, they said they will fix it soon.

I forget if it was CM or AOKP sources , IIRC it was CM.

Yeah, am asking whether you're talking about the 23/01/2013 nightly.

Also, CM10.1 works fine.... maybe it was AOKP.

I think its S4 devices only .

Also people who have rooted phones , download Pimp My ROM , its awesome if your ROM doesn't give you all the extra tweaking options .
