The battery sustenance between 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 is major! Love it so much after cribbing about having to charge my phone everyday.

Yea. After a few days with 4.2.2 I'm definitely seeing increased battery life. Very cool.

Something mildly amusing - https://plus.google.com/103583939320326217147/posts/9JZ1SypVAfK

hands on before the launch :P

According to the video, the HTC One has a 4.7” Super LCD 3 display with 1080p resolution and 469ppi pixel density. The bezels are very thin, making for a narrow device, and actually notably smaller than the DROID DNA / Butterfly.

Around the display sit the stereo speakers, which are pretty loud ones apparently at 93dB.

The One will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset with four Krait 300 cores clocked at 1.7GHz, 2GB of RAM and Adreno 320. The phone will launch with Android 4.1.2, but a 4.2.2 update is reportedly already in the works.

the Power/Lock key on top is transparent and doubles as an IR port to control home equipment

Inside the phone is a 2,300mAh non-removable battery

Shows me 2 hours on htc india website, so 9:30 pm ist today.

The british are still one of the largest users of blackberry. Got sold off in uk very quickly.

Ya you were right, so all rumors were true.

Aluminium Body wow...Looks like a killer piece, beautifully done.

I think saMEHsung is the only phone maker in the market who make Plastic sh*t and still sells loads of them. Coming soon S4, new era in plastic sh*t.

Ya, but i guess both have there market and they are worthy flagship from HTC and Sony. One big factor to decide will be the price, HTC is known to screw up on that front, and Sony is entering a new territory where they have a device which is class leading. saMEHsung has always priced there products well, with very good price cuts at the right time, the reason they do really well.

Awesome, and seeing it has a Full HD screen to power up, and thankfully HTC put up a good battery, though 2500 would have been better.

Is HTC One going to be waterproof, shatterproof and dustproof?

Nope, but Butterfly totally blew out Xperia Z screen as per GSM and was rated one of the best screen, i have to see Z once and see the screen(it is personal preference). Xperia Z edged out Butterfly in benchmark scores by a very minor difference, i am sure One does better then Butterfly so should beat Z. I really hope S4 comes up with a good body design this time.
