Somebody
^^ Take call might not work directly with tasker. Install secure settings plugin and use that (you'd also need root) ok. Looks like I'm getting more and more reasons to root my phone
Shantz
^^ yeah man, root it. Don't install any custom ROMs if you don't want to waste too much time. But rooting is rather painless and you can use root apps without doing anything manually to take various advantages.

Big Boss
Ok phone updating now Steps I followed to enable it to download OTA: 1. Put phone in airplane mode. Switch off. 2. Remove SIM Card. Switch on. 3. Clear cache and data of Google Framework Service. 4. Force stop Google Framework service 5. Start wifi. 6. Goto System Updates, and it should already be downloading it. BTW update says Download over Wifi only and only till July 30. So what after July

Sackboy
Guys, I have a weird problem. Every music album I copy to my phone's internal memory gets duplicated. That is, all the albums are showing up twice in the Music Player app. When I tried to check what's causing this issue, I noticed that whatever I copy to Internal Storage\Music is getting copied to another folder Internal storage\storage\emulated\legacy\Music. Can somebody tell me what's causing this problem? More than all the albums appearing twice, what's annoying me more is my internal memory is getting used up unnecessarily this way. Would truly appreciate if someone can tell me what's the matter with this stupid Internal storage\storage\emulated\legacy\Music folder. This is weird , both paths refer to the same memory space , just different pointers . This issue was added in JellyBean , which version are you running ? And how does it show up on the player ? It shouldn't because the player uses only one path , not both . Mention the phone , Android version and Music player if you can .

Durability and service wise the S4 is much better .

If yes, then rooting is not of a concern. It should be pretty easy to just flash a custom recovery and then su.

If it isn't the case , even then the S4 community is vastly superior and not to mention ODIN support . AngerSmash
Nope not the case. In fact you have to got to the HTCdev site to unlock the bootloader. So it's all official and sh*t. http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader

ALPHA17
how problematic is lack of removable battery Very annoying. You are constantly staring at the battery level before you plan any excursion. Also, over-time standby time will degrade, if I were you friend I would get the XPERIA ZR and be content.
