pixeljunkie
Oh, hardly play games on my Phone so won't know. But with the 320 Graphics it should have done a better job. You can blame Qualcomm for the poor performance. Their default thermal config starts throttling the CPU first at 85C while ignoring the GPU at the same temp and shutdown occurs at 120C. This leaves Sony with a very very small temperature range to play with considering the chipset is intended to run only handheld devices. I think Sony throttles the GPU at 40C since they can't force us customers to wear oven mittens. I seriously wonder if Qualcomm engineers thought this through the entire design phase of the chipset in question.

Faster clocks are just resulting in more overheating and degrading the life of the chip inside in all Flagship's. Still have to see any real life advantage it holds. TRMNTR
OTG support? No. As for MHL, the Nexus 4 supports Slimport and Miracast for wireless. Edited August 22, 2013 by -13-

Somebody
What is MHL? Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL) is an industry standard for a mobile audio/video interface that allows consumers to connect mobile phones, tablets and other portable consumer electronics (CE) devices to high-definition televisions (HDTVs) and audio receivers. The MHL standard supports up to 1080p/60 high-definition (HD) video and 7.1 surround sound audio while simultaneously charging the connected device. MHL-enabled products include adapters, automotive accessories, AV receivers, Blu-ray Disc players, cables, DTVs, monitors, projectors, smartphones, tablets, TV accessories and more. MHL was being developed by the MHL Consortium, a Consortium made up of leading companies in the mobile and CE space that includes Nokia, Samsung, Silicon Image, Sony and Toshiba. pixeljunkie
Doomlord is a good kernel. Saves a lot of battery. But never tried tweaking the speeds. I don't want to tweak speeds...1.5ghz is good enough...i only want to find out to what extent throttling can be loosened...any other kernels come to mind?
