cass Posted April 23, 2010 Report Share Posted April 23, 2010 I've ps3 phat 40 GB PAL and m getting 15k for the console+1 six axis +1 DS3 controller+5 games m done with and don't care about trading/selling them(no time for that).... So what m thinking is to get a new slim 120 GB model from croma with 2years extended warranty... so i will have to add 6k to get this... i've never seen a slim ver till now ...but what i know is i loooooove the shiny looks of phat...and the fact it can stand vertically w/o a stand/....which are missing in slim... I need a suggetsion from u guys....Is the above deal worth going for? Is there a better place to get a new console? And is Ps3 slim really worthed? Warranty would mean peace of mind. That for me is the prime thing in life. You can always find a good skin for the slim to suit your taste. Here the DS3 + 5 games should be around 4-5k, hence going for a Slim at that price is a waste of money. As PS pointed out you are paying 10-11k and not 6k extra considering the extra stuff sold with the console. But you might want to confirm if replaced PS3s gets warranty or not.
