ColorCodePurple
Well this might have been posted before, but that idea of ps3 and x360 dynamic themes really struck me,a 2hr research yielded this:Startdock deskscapes-This allows you too apply dynamic themes to your desktop! Those who dont know what a dynamic themes is,it is a moving wallpaper you can have things like rotation of earth on your wallpaper.Works in Windows Vista not too sure about xp P.S:The software is PAID,but has a 30 day trial and after that..... http://dream.wincustomize.com/ P.S:-The dynamic themes known as 'Dreams' are free except a few premium ones I posted this -BY MISTAKE- on the news thread, mods please delete that =(

CaPwN
Confirmed working on Win 7 Ultimate x64. Though they have taken out the free version for Ultimate. I had this app in its 2.0 stages. Version 3 is awesome. Thanks OP!
Shantz
If anyone is looking for such a thing for linux, you can look at this Shantz XwinWrap. With this you can have any thing that allows a root window as your wallpaper (e.g. I have tried with screensavers and even movies)

Anyway, i'm really liking this though and I believe it's worth 19.95$ . May subscribe for it soon.
