Kazekage Gaara Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 Hi guys, I was interested in acquiring something from Ebay.co.uk, and I even managed to convince the seller to ship it to India (earlier he wasn't doing international shipping), so I need some suggestion in this regard. I wanted to know which shipping would be cheaper and better from UK to India ? He was initially charging 50 pounds + 7 pounds UK shipping, but he was "open to offer". Now I spoke with him and requested him to ship it to India and that I'll pay whatever the shipping charges might be. So what would you guys suggest me ? Is Royal Mail any good ? Will they be personally delivering the product to me ? or handing over to regular Indian mail or whatever that is. I don't wanna lose this package or get it all screwed up. I know it'll also get stuck at customs, and I don't know how that'll work either. Since he originally was "open to offer", may be I'll convince him to consider the whole package + shipping at 50 pounds. I don't know. What would you guys recommend me ? dabba Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 shipping from amazon uk is via royal mail, but once on Indian shores it goes through the local post office n ur local postman will deliver it.... dunno if u can use a service like DHL to handle the whole shipping n delivery process... @ least the package will be safe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
