Acti can give them that freedom and a decent budget as well because Bungie is up there with the best developers. Sir that is because Bungie can't make Halo. What are the chances that Bungie create another monster franchise and are eventually forced to work on it(again depending on the extent of this so called creative freedom)? The bonus thing triggered the final breakout. IW claims ownership of MW franchise, they say any CoD game with modern storyline is their own idea.
